- Soft Drinks
Liquids that contain huge amounts of caffeine and sugar can potentially lead to pimples. Such drinks include soft drinks, energy drinks, and carbonated drinks.
If you can’t stay away from soft drinks, you should cut down on your intake. The best alternative is to drink water as not only is it healthier but it can also fight acne.

All dairy products like milk, ice creams, cheese, yogurt, and butter are usually rich in fats.
Despite knowing this, many people can’t control their eating habits and they consume a lot of dairy products.

Some will say it’s a myth but the reality is regular chocolate intake won’t do much good for acne.
Don’t forget that chocolate contains high amounts of sugars and fats and as mentioned earlier, excessive sugar and fat intake is not beneficial for acne-free skin.
